Incorporated on 8th January 2004, it is primarily targeted as providing consulting Laboratory Information System (L.I.S) which is something quite new especially when a local product is concerned. With comprehensive experience garnered from foreign software which are also quite new in Malaysia, Seh Meditech is looking forward to build its own database based on the true requirements from the Malaysian side of view. Any local company which can produce its own database, specializing in hospital database will become the premier to the new paradigm and state-of-the-art in Malaysia because no local version has yet been develop. This perspective is the true legitimate requisitions that makes a lot of difference when local premiership is concerned.

The second scope of Seh Meditech's business in providing medical supply services. Thorough knowledge after many years of experience serving in pathology department and knowing how the current practice is taking place in the hospital; these include the materials being used, specifications, new instruments versus high-end medical devices. To put things into place  as an example from a serving pathologist point of view in a Pathology Department until when a requesting clinician in a ward or clinic who received pathology result, the integrity of each chronology is nothing new to Seh Meditech.  In theory and practical we have substantial previous proven track record to support our claim.  Overtime what the company aims now is to wind the motto 'technology-within-reach' into something which will be ours to be reckoned in the future

Seh Omar Bin Hassan has served in Ministry Of Health Malaysia since Jan 1980. He started working in Pathology Department until the last day of his service which ended in July 2002 in Hospital Selayang (Hospital Selayang has been a benchmark for future Total Hospital Information System in Malaysia).
After Hospital Selayang gone fully 'live'and the implementation part has finished, in July 2002 our director joined one of the leading IT vendor in Malaysia since then before gradually he registered Seh Meditech as and IT based company and as a medical supplier. His extensive knowledge in various sections in pathology coupled with his extensive involvement in T.H.I.S, Lab Information System, database set-up, laboratory set up design and implementation with multiple vendors, his extensive exposure of knowing IT essence especially knowing 'what is happening' in the Laboratory itself has something like a bench mark in the latest Information Technology in Malaysia. Probably this is the strongest point of Seh Meditech where our director himself good exposure in specific domain in the lab. He has the experience as the person to refer to and at other time can also become a reference for laboratory database setting rather than just starting of with targeting profit oriented value as the main agendas
